How the Fika Cafe Passport Works
Bringing More Aligned Customers To Your Cafe
Our members receive a Fika Passport card with every order they place in our store. That passport has 10 visit spots on it. Members can see which cafes are in our network and visit any of those cafes.
When they visit a partner cafe like yours, they show their passport card and receive a small perk — one that you choose, it's completely up to your cafe.
You simply mark off one of the 10 visit spots on their card.
No tech. No tracking. Just thoughtful connection.
You can stamp it, hole-punch it, mark it with a pen — whatever works best for you.
Note: The Fika Cafe Passport isn't a loyalty program — it's a way for our growing community to discover new cafes and spark intentional coffee moments. You set the perk, and we send new faces your way.

Absolutely — you can change/modify your perk at anytime, we do recommend not doing so more than monthly, but yes it's completely up to you.
What happens if our cafe wants to leave the network?
We simply remove your listing — no pressure, no fees. But if you return, you’ll need to join the new paid model.
