Fika Society Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Fika Society piece — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Please note:
– Hats with visible wear or damage are not eligible for return
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To start a return, email us at hello@fikasociety.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If not approved, you still may be eligible for some type of store credit. Our support team will help facilitate that.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
