Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Most returns
If you simply changed your mind, we’ll issue store credit once your return is received and inspected. No guilt. No questions asked.
Refunds to original payment
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a refund to your original payment method (or a replacement, if you prefer).
Limited edition and collaboration drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- To start a return or exchange: email hello@fikasociety.com with your order number.
- Timing: once your return is received and inspected, credit/refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Exchanges: we can exchange for a different size/color if available, or issue store credit if not.
